Serial Camera Module TTL S232 RS485 INTERFACE JPEG Camera Module

A 300K pixels (VGA) highly integrated serial camera module can be connected to any host system that requires a video camera or a JPEG compressed still camera for embedded imaging applications.

SC03MPB module uses an Omni Vision CMOS OV7725 color image sensor along with a JPEG compression chip that provides a low cost and low powered camera system. The module has an on-board serial interface (TTL/RS232/RS485) that is suitable for a direct connection to any host micro-controller serial or PC system COM port.

User commands are sent using ZMID protocol that can instruct the camera to send high resolution JPEG images for storage or viewing. The SC03MPB comes in a compact format with a built in lens and a 4-Pin PH1.5 socket connector that provides easy access to both power and serial data.
